Loser Buys terms of use

These terms apply when you use Loser Buys, run by Aman (amankumar.ai). By using the app you agree to them.

Forfeits are between friends

When a challenge ends, the app shows who owes the group what the group picked. That is a social agreement between you and your friends. No money moves through Loser Buys, and we do not enforce, collect or settle anything.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. You can cancel any time in your store account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't harass other people, impersonate anyone, upload photos you have no right to share or that are offensive, try to break or overload the service, or create accounts in bulk. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Not medical advice

Loser Buys is a game. Step counts come from your phone and can be wrong. Check with a doctor before changing how much you exercise.

No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data or disputes between users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
